That is an excellent article. I find most of what she talks about very true. I know that when I call support I tend to be a little mean and that, I think is because I have to deal with the other side of the line all day and know what to say... Or am I just digging a hole for myself. I guess I will find out someday when I get banned from calling Microsoft support for product keys or something. Oh well.
